The Garden Club Council of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County will host a celebration luncheon and book signing featuring Ms. Margot Shaw, Founder, and Editor-in-Chief of Flower magazine. Now in its 15th year, the magazine has grown to include features on homes, gardens, entertaining, and lifestyle. She is the author of the recently released book, Living Floral: Entertaining and Decorating with Flowers. Margot is a sought-after speaker and we are thrilled to have her join us. The luncheon will take place at Forsyth Country Club.

Join us on Saturday, April 30th for Uncovering Beauty - A Tour of Secret Gardens

This biennial tour is a rare opportunity to explore the secret gardens hiding within the city limits of Winston-Salem. The tour provides a variety of gardens each with its own personality and design aesthetic. From the traditional English garden to mid-century modern, to a true gardener's garden hidden behind a brick wall; gardeners of all levels will delight in the diverse creativity and beauty of each space.

Garden Tour Tickets and Information

Tour-only tickets are $40

Premium Tour tickets are $60 and include a gourmet box lunch available to pick up and enjoy in a bonus garden.

Tour hours are 10 am to 4 pm, rain or shine

An admission wristband will be your ticket to the gardens. Admission wristbands and a tour map purchased BEFORE April 20th will be mailed to you. AFTER April 20th, admission wristbands and a map will be available for pick up at Buie's Market located at 749 Avalon Road, Winston-Salem from 9 am to 12 noon.

Established in 1932, The Garden Club Council of Winston-Salem and Forsyth County is a multi-generational organization that prides itself on helping organizations and schools uncover the beauty in their surroundings and in our community.
